** The rooms at our Inn in Rockland Maine are much larger than the average size of a B&B room with bath of 180 sq. feet.
Generally Quiet Season Rack Rate Range occurs Mid to late October through early June. Due to holidays, peak dates or special events, rates may vary by date.
Generally High Season Rack Rate Range occurs June through Mid to late October. Due to holidays, peak dates, foliage season or special events, rates will vary by date.
Generally Mid Season Rack Rate Range includes Transition Periods between the high and quiet seasons and the New Year's holiday.
Minimum nights stays are imposed Saturday nights June through mid-October, holidays and special event periods.
All rates subject to change and when there is a discrepancy the rate quoted by the inn directly will prevail.
