Rockland’s Renaissance has escalated this once fishing town to "best cities and towns to live" lists! Rockland has seen a large increase in tourism and its downtown has been transformed into one of unique shops, boutiques, fine dining and art galleries. Rockland is the commercial center of the midcoast with historic inns, a coffee roaster, a food co-op and the Farnsworth Art Museum. Once boarded up shops are now colorfully decorated and both the Farnsworth Art Museum and Wyeth Center offer a diverse Maine collection of artisans. Furthermore, the City of Rockland hosts many festivals, including the Maine Lobster Festival and the North Atlantic Blues Festival.

Earth tones of balsam green, camel and wine dominate the hues of this luxury hideaway. The king-sized bed is crowned with a corona canopy and draped in panels of gold and wine. A small sitting area with television is located in front of the fireplace. The large en-suite luxury bath features an oversized side-by-side whirlpool tub for two and a custom tiled two person body jet shower. A vanity and dressing area complete the spacious bath.
